Job summary

Vectis Recruitment is assisting a manufacturer of low-volume, high-value bespoke products to recruit an Anodising & Electroplating Technician. You will operate and maintain an anodising line and manage workflow across the process, applying coloured finishes to aluminium components.

The role requires anodising and/or metal plating experience, with a keen eye for detail and a strong focus on quality. You should be reliable, able to work independently or as part of a team and manage your workload

Qualifications

• Previous experience in anodising and/or metal plating.
• Excellent attention to detail and a strong focus on quality control.
• A highly motivated, organised and reliable approach to work.
• Ability to identify imperfections and achieve consistent, high-quality finishes.
• Ability to manage workload effectively and meet production deadlines.
• Comfortable working independently as well as part of a team

Responsibilities

• Operating and maintaining an anodising line to meet production requirements.
• Managing workflow through the anodising process.
• Applying a range of finishes, including clear, bronze, black and gold to components.
• Preparing and processing components to achieve the required finish.
• Inspecting finished components to ensure consistent quality and identify imperfections.
• Working to job specifications and maintaining high standards throughout the process.
• Managing own workload to meet production deadlines.
