Job summary

Lancaster University is seeking an Engagement Fundraising Officer for a maternity cover role in the Philanthropy, Alumni and Supporter Engagement team. Located in Bailrigg, Lancaster, the role focuses on driving the Annual Fund and Community Fundraising, crafting campaigns to inspire alumni and supporters and developing opportunities to engage the local community.

• Experience in fundraising or supporter engagement.

Responsibilities

• Deliver the Annual Fund and Community Fundraising programmes.
• Develop creative fundraising campaigns and communications that inspire alumni, supporters and the local community to support Lancaster.
• Identify fundraising opportunities and develop compelling cases for support.
• Deliver fundraising campaigns and build strong relationships with supporters.
• Contribute to donor stewardship and ensure fundraising activity is well planned, effective and compliant.
