Animator – Computer / Video Games - Warwickshire

DUTIES:

• Create 3D character animation
• Work closely with the project leads to match styles
• Liaise with other teams in particular Artists and Game Designers.
• Work within specifications of the project and technology.
• Work quickly through animation lists while keeping quality levels to a high standard

REQUIREMENTS:

To be considered for this Animator role you must meet the following criteria:

- Technical Knowledge of Maya.

- Strong knowledge and experience developing animations.
- Previous employment as an Animator.
- Ideally previous experience working on Character animation but not essential. Other fields such as vehicle animation may also be considered.

- Ability to give characters unique personalities and emotions through animation

- A strong work ethic, with the ability to meet tight deadlines

- Previous employment with gaming developers, gaming publishers or within film / motion picture animation production.
- High levels of communication skills.
- Relevant industry qualification (Degree / Diploma etc).
