Moonbug Entertainment in London is seeking an ambitious Animation Enthusiast to join our production team. You will explore, test, and implement cutting-edge visual tools and pipelines, working closely with animators, VFX artists, and tech directors to bridge creative storytelling with emerging technology.

You'll contribute to research, asset generation, and look development while maintaining high standards of quality in a fast-paced, global studio environment with mentorship from seasoned

Qualifications

• A degree in Animation, Computer Graphics, Visual Effects, Digital Arts, Game Design, Creative Technologies, or related discipline.
• Strong foundation in core animation, layout, composition, and asset creation.
• Proficient with Blender, Maya, Toon Boom Harmony, Unreal Engine, or Adobe Creative Cloud.
• Curious about modern software solutions and procedural workflows.
• Ability to troubleshoot pipelines and adapt to new tools.
• Excellent collaboration and clear communication with creative teams.
• Nice-to-have experience in the kids entertainment sector.

Responsibilities

• Support research and testing of new digital tools and pipelines.
• Collaborate with artists, animators and technical leads on asset development.
• Run experiments to evaluate visual quality and performance.
• Document findings and share benchmarks with teams.
• Contribute creatively to storytelling through tool-driven workflows.
• Help maintain asset management and pipeline organization.
