Job summary

LA International is seeking an early-career Android Developer to design, develop, and maintain native Android apps using Kotlin and Android Studio. You will contribute across the full SDLC in a high-performing engineering team, applying modern software engineering practices.

You will work with product owners, designers, and testers in an Agile environment, implementing MVVM and SOLID principles, and supporting CI/CD and DevOps practices to deliver robust mobile solutions in a security-conscious

Qualifications

• Proficiency with Android Studio and the Android development ecosystem.
• Strong understanding of Android design principles and UI guidelines.
• Experience implementing MVVM architecture and design patterns.
• Knowledge of SOLID principles and clean coding practices.
• Experience with Android lifecycle management.
• Experience collaborating in Agile software development teams.
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and automated software delivery.
• Experience or exposure to DevOps environments.
• Familiarity with automated testing frameworks and test-driven development.
