Job summary

Ventula Consulting Ltd. in Manchester is seeking an experienced Android Engineer to develop and maintain modern Android features at scale. You will join an existing project, understand complex architectures quickly, and deliver production-ready features with minimal supervision.

The role requires strong Kotlin knowledge, Jetpack Compose, Coroutines/Flow, Android Architecture Components, and CI/CD experience. On-site in Manchester for 1 day per week, IR35 compliant contract for 6 months.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Android development experience.
• Strong knowledge of Kotlin.
• Experience with Jetpack Compose, Coroutines and Flow.
• Solid understanding of Android Architecture Components.
• Experience with Unit and UI testing.
• Experience consuming REST or GraphQL APIs.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines.
• Ability to quickly become productive in an existing codebase.
