Job Description:

A cook is required for two large buffet-style parties on 16th and 23rd May 2025 for approximately 16 people. The dinners start around 7:30 pm. The cook can use the client's kitchen to prep during the day. They need to be present throughout, to platter the food, and assist with clearing up the kitchen and washing up.

The cook should be capable of catering to different dietary requirements, including gluten-free and vegan options, and offer a variety of seasonal, healthy, organic dishes. All meat and fish should be sourced from good quality organic shops.

The chef will need to menu plan, shop, come to the house to prep for the day, and stay until the pudding has been served and the kitchen is clean.

Good references are essential, and 100% commitment is required. Compensation includes a day rate plus ingredients.
