Job Title: Cook for Large Parties

We are seeking an experienced cook to prepare and serve food for two large buffet-style parties in Chelsea, London, on the 16th and 23rd of May 2025. Each event will host approximately 16 guests, with dinners scheduled around 7:30 PM.

Job Details:

1. The cook will have access to the client's kitchen for preparation during the day.
2. The cook must be present throughout the event to platter food, assist with clearing and washing up.
3. The role requires catering to various dietary requirements, including gluten-free and vegan options, with a focus on seasonal, healthy, organic dishes. All meat and fish should be sourced from high-quality organic suppliers.
4. The cook will be responsible for menu planning, shopping, preparation, plating, and maintaining the kitchen until the event concludes.
5. Good references and full commitment are essential.

Compensation:

Day rate plus ingredients.
