The role sits in the Ancillary Cost Team for Deep Sea & Short Sea Liquids and Powders, focusing on ensuring correct processing and maximum recovery of supplementary costs from customers.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and organisational skills to liaise with customers and colleagues.
• The ability to focus with accuracy in a busy environment.
• Good IT literacy and basic figure work aptitude.

Responsibilities

• Control and management of European additional costs.
• Notification of costs incurred to customers within assigned customer base.
• Retrieval and collation of necessary documentation to support above costs.
• Handling any queries raised.
• Approving costs in system ready for invoicing to customers.
• Maintenance of current rates in customer profiles.
• Assisting with preparation of reports/schedules.
