Job summary

Ocado Retail Limited invites applications for the Data & Insights Graduate programme in Hatfield on a hybrid basis (3 days in the office). This permanent, entry-level scheme starts in September 2027 and includes four rotations across Marketing, Category, Operations, Forecasting, Customer Research, Web Merchandising and Trading.

You will work on projects across teams, rotate through multiple functions, and discuss preferences for placements after each rotation.

Qualifications

• A 2:1 degree or higher in a STEM subject or a business/analytical discipline from a UK accredited University.
• The legal right to work in the United Kingdom upon scheme commencement and duration of the scheme.

Responsibilities

• The insight stream encompasses 4 x 6-month placements across the business (Marketing, Category, Operations, Forecasting, Customer Research, Web Merchandising, Trading).
• Deliver on key projects within each rotation and support broader business objectives.
• After rotations, discuss preferences for next placement and align with business needs.
• Cross-functional rotations to gain broader exposure beyond your primary discipline.
