Job summary

Torus Group is seeking an Analytics Engineer (Service Charges) to join our Business Intelligence team on a fixed-term contract until October 2028. You will deliver end-to-end data, reporting and analytics for service charge management using SQL, Power BI and Microsoft Fabric.

You will collaborate with stakeholders to create dashboards, models and insights that support forecasting, performance analysis and informed decision‑making.

Qualifications

• Experience in Analytics Engineering or BI/datacentric roles.
• Ability to transform, analyse and report on large datasets.
• Strong understanding of data warehousing and BI principles.
• Experience with financial or service charge data is a plus.
• Ability to translate data into actionable insights.

Responsibilities

• Ingest, transform and report on organisational data to provide insights.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and analytics solutions for service charge management.
• Model and analyse complex financial data for forecasting and planning.
• Write and maintain SQL scripts to automate reporting.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define reporting requirements and KPIs.
• Ensure data quality, governance and reporting integrity across sources.
• Produce documentation for reports and data processes.
• Identify trends, risks and opportunities from performance data.
• Keep reporting robust and user-friendly; support cross-group reporting.
