Profectus Recruitment is partnering with an established organisation in London to hire an Analytics Engineer. The role blends hands-on data work with reporting, dashboards and analytical models to support key business decisions.

You will use SQL, Excel and Power BI to extract and present insights, automate reporting, and improve data quality across datasets. The position offers hybrid working, a generous learning budget and opportunities to influence data strategy.

Qualifications

• Strong SQL skills and advanced Excel experience.
• Solid Power BI skills, including dashboard development and data modelling.
• Experience analysing complex datasets and delivering regular reporting.
• An interest in automation, process improvement and data quality.
• Exposure to Python, R or AI-driven solutions.
• Strong communication skills and excellent attention to detail.
• The ability to manage your own workload and take ownership of deliverables.

Responsibilities
