Job summary

Lendable is looking for an Analytics Engineer to contribute to the analytical foundation of the UK Cards team. You will work with analysts, product teams, backend engineers, and business stakeholders to enhance data that informs lending decisions and investor reporting.

You will build scalable data models, improve the analytics pipeline, and ensure high data quality and maintainability across the data warehouse and transformations.

Qualifications

• Strong data modelling and reliable analytical datasets.
• Experience with ELT pipelines and dbt at scale.
• Experience with Snowflake or other modern data warehouses.
• Proactive in improving data workflows and suggesting solutions.
• Collaborative communication across technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Build and improve data models for lending decisions, pricing, portfolio analysis, and reporting.
• Champion analytics engineering standards and culture.
• Translate requirements into robust pipelines with analysts and engineers.
• Triage issues in the analytics pipeline and improve transformation efficiency.
