Job summary

Dojo is building data solutions to incentivise and compensate our Partnerships and Sales channels.

You will own analytics engineering workstreams end to end, transforming stakeholder needs into robust data products, and delivering business value with scalable pipelines.

Using dbt, BigQuery, Airflow, Airbyte/Fivetran, Python and Looker, you will shape the analytics fabric that informs critical decisions and drives growth.

Qualifications

• Strong SQL skills and dbt model development.
• Experience with cloud data warehousing (BigQuery) and Looker.
• Hands-on with Airflow, Airbyte or Fivetran.
• Python for automation and testing workflows.

Responsibilities

• Own your analytics engineering work stream end to end, transforming stakeholder needs into robust, scoped data products.
• Build performant, cost-conscious data pipelines in BigQuery using dbt, and design insightful data visualisation
• Develop scalable, performant, and reliable pipeline orchestrations using Airflow, dbt, Airbyte, and Fivetran.
• Use Python to automate workflows, validate data quality, and streamline analytical operations.
• Contribute to shared standards, design reusable metrics, and actively pay down technical debt to keep our platform healthy.
• Leverage AI tools responsibly to accelerate modelling, testing, and documentation without losing technical ownership.
