Job summary

A well-established AI-driven technology business in London is searching for an Analytics Engineer to join its product team. In this role, you will work on developing data models and dashboards for hotel clients, requiring proficiency in SQL and experience with dbt and BigQuery. You will have the opportunity to influence product direction and work in a startup-style environment.

Qualifications

COMPANY

A well-established AI-driven technology business with a specialist hospitality division that operates like a startup. This team designs and builds pricing optimisation, forecasting, and business intelligence solutions for hotels, empowering clients with real-time, AI/ML-driven insights. You’ll be joining a close-knit product team creating customer-facing analytics tools with full ownership and creative freedom.

THE ROLE

You’ll be part of a small but highly skilled engineering group, working closely with the Product Manager and Engineering Manager. This is a hands-on analytics engineering role where you’ll shape the data layer, refine product features, and help deliver impactful dashboards directly to hotel clients.

Day to day, you will:

• Build new dbt models to support features and products
• Develop and enhance dashboards in Omni
• Use BI tools (Looker or similar) to visualise insights
• Remodel and transform hotel data for pricing/revenue analysis
• Collaborate with Product to scope MVPs and break down deliverables
• Communicate with non-technical stakeholders to refine features and outcomes
