Senior Recruitment Consultant - Analytics Recruiter in the North & Midlands (UK)

Building something big

Reporting into the Marketing & Pricing Analytics Manager, this is a dynamic position with plenty of autonomy and space to own projects, shape new areas, and make a real impact.

What you’ll be doing

• Digging into customer acquisition performance – particularly in lead generation, organic channels, and SMS marketing
• Supporting pricing work: how products interact with brokers, new credit lines, and product launches
• Bringing insight to paid and organic campaigns, optimising channels, and helping the business grow smarter
• Designing tests (A/B) and building clear, concise visualisations for stakeholders

What you’ll bring

• Python would be an advantage (but not essential)
• Experience with data visualisation and A/B testing
• Background in Financial Services is strongly preferred
• Customer or marketing analytics experience within FS ideally
• Energy, curiosity, and the confidence to take ownership
