Peaple Talent partners with a world-renowned agency to empower brands with evidence-based insights to optimise media investment. We are seeking a Senior Analytics Consultant with Econometrics and Marketing Mix Modelling (MMM) to join their high-performing team in London.

You will transform data and model outputs into actionable insights, deliver MMM projects across major client accounts, and build strong relationships with clients and internal teams in a hybrid working environment.

Qualifications

• Experience with SQL, R or Python to manipulate data and deliver insights.
• Hands-on experience in Marketing Mix Modelling (MMM).
• Strong understanding of marketing, media and promotional strategies.
• Excellent communicator and collaborative team player.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Transform complex data and model outputs into actionable insights that create real value
• Deliver high-quality MMM and analytics projects across major client accounts
• Build strong, consultative relationships with internal teams and external clients

What We’re Looking For

• Solid coding experience in SQL, R or Python
• Strong understanding of marketing, media, and promotional strategies
• Demonstrable hands-on experience in Marketing Mix Modelling
• A confident communicator and collaborative team player
• Analytical thinker with the ability to translate data into business impact
