Job summary

British Business Bank is seeking a Manager M1 for Analytics, AI and automation on a maternity cover fixed-term contract. Location options include Sheffield or London with hybrid working and two office days per week.

The role focuses on delivering AI-enabled analytics and automation to improve insight and efficiency, reporting to the Associate Director for Analytics and Automation. The postholder will coordinate engineers and analytics SMEs, manage delivery of AI capabilities within Microsoft

Responsibilities

• Support the advancement of the organisation’s data intelligence capabilities by delivering high-quality analytics and AI-enabled solutions.
• Coordinate day-to-day delivery activity with engineers and analytics SMEs to meet AI, automation and insight objectives.
• Lead the adoption of AI capabilities within Microsoft Fabric and other BI tools to develop scalable data products and insights.
• Contribute to innovation by coordinating discovery activities and owning work packages feeding automation initiatives.
• Promote structured ways of working, clear processes and operational monitoring within the analytics and automation delivery environment.
