Job summary

Sanofi Waterford is seeking a QC Analyst on a fixed-term, full-time contract to support analytical chemistry services across the site. You will maintain methods, support batch releases, ensure cGLP compliance and interact with QA, Production, Engineering and Planners.

The role requires two years of HPLC experience and a degree in Chemistry or Biochemistry. The successful candidate will train analysts, update specifications and SOPs, troubleshoot methods, and contribute to continual improvement

Qualifications

• Degree in Science (Chemistry or Biochemistry preferred).
• Post-graduate studies to augment degree.
• Operational experience in quality labs within a fast-moving manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide analytical chemistry services and support to the Site.
• Interact with QA, Production, Engineering and Planners on materials and batch releases.
• Maintain, update and issue chemical methods, specifications and SOPs.
• Assist with training of analysts in areas of expertise and new methods.
• Trend results, document COAs, and complete OOS investigations timely.
• Ensure QC testing and equipment meet validation requirements and cGLP.
