Principle Accountabilities

  1. Drive Analytical Excellence: Perform both routine and non-routine testing with precision and speed, ensuring full compliance with GxP, GLP, and regulatory standards.
  2. Lead Innovation & Problem Solving: Tackle technical challenges, contribute to root cause analysis, and support development and validation of analytical methods.
  3. Own Your Projects: Manage projects from start to finish, organize, execute, and report progress regularly with detailed documentation.
  4. Champion Quality & Compliance: Produce and manage lab documents including SOPs, validation records, and reports aligned with ICH guidelines.
  5. Collaborate & Communicate: Build cross-functional relationships to support lab needs across the business.
  6. Mentor & Evolve: Support junior analysts, validate new equipment, and improve lab operations and stock management.

Skills and Experience Required

  1. Expert in Advanced Techniques: Hands-on experience with HPLC, GC, and Pharmacopeia analysis.
  2. Compliance-Driven Mindset: Implement procedures aligned with GxP and regulatory standards.
  3. Exceptional Communicator: Convey complex technical insights clearly in writing and verbally.
  4. Analytical Powerhouse: Technical acumen with strong report writing and statistical analysis skills.
  5. Decisive & Deadline-Focused: Make confident decisions under pressure and meet deadlines.
  6. Health & Safety Advocate: Maintain lab safety, up-to-date COSHH, PUWER, and risk assessments, ensuring a safe working environment.
