The Role:

Manage the reporting of testing data daily to ensure customer deadlines are met. This involves coordinating with the laboratory to receive, collate, and input analytical data into technical reports in a timely manner.

Main duties:

1. Responsible for writing test reports and working with the testing team to deliver reports on time or early where possible.
2. Liaise with analytical chemists to collate analytical test data for all customer reports.
3. Check data for suitability and apply uncertainty of measurement/decision rules when appropriate.
4. Check the data against customer specifications to ensure suitability.
5. Liaise with external partner laboratories to obtain data to achieve internal deadlines.
6. Check customer test requests before scheduling testing.
7. Identify potential problems in meeting customer expectations and escalate when necessary.
8. Coordinate with other report writers to ensure on-time or early delivery.
9. Perform other reasonable duties to assist the testing team and the business.
