B&S Group in the United Kingdom is seeking a QA/QC Technician to bolster quality, compliance and uphold GMP in the laboratory environment. The role involves sampling, testing and reporting results, maintaining instruments, and supporting continuous improvement across QC processes.

The successful candidate will have a scientific degree, familiarity with GMP, and strong communication and organizational skills, with 1–2 years of lab experience and proficiency in MS Office.

Formación

• GMP knowledge required
• Excellent time management and organization
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• 1-2 years laboratory experience desirable
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
• Passion for Continuous Improvement
• Ability to set and reset priorities in changing circumstances
• Basic understanding of statistics and its application

Responsabilidades

• Improve quality, compliance and culture within laboratories
• Booking raw materials/finished product and packaging components for sampling and testing
• Test and report results to GMP standards according to SOPs
• Perform routine physical testing per approved methods
• Calibrate and maintain laboratory equipment
• Troubleshoot routine laboratory issues
• Operate HPLC, GC, Auto titrator, UV spectrometer and Dissolution apparatus
• Maintain GMP standards in laboratories
• Test samples using analytical techniques
• Sample booking and collection for routine analysis
• Manage FP team consumables
• Support continuous improvement projects in QC and site-wide collaborations
• Adhere to internal, external and regulatory requirements for QC Finished Product/Raw Material testing
• Perform other duties as required
