Job summary

CARBOGEN AMCIS in Manchester is seeking a proactive QC Chemist to join the Quality Control team. You will perform qualitative and quantitative analyses to ensure products meet high quality standards and support manufacturing, R&D and client projects.

The role requires at least 2 years in GMP/ISO-regulated labs and hands-on experience with HPLC/GC/NMR/LCMS/ICP-OES. You will work in a fast-paced environment with audit-ready records and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• 2 years' experience in a GMP/ISO-regulated QC laboratory.
• Experience with analytical techniques such as HPLC/GC/NMR/LCMS/ICP-OES.
• Ability to interpret and present analytical data accurately.

Responsibilities

• Perform qualitative and quantitative analysis of raw materials, intermediates and finished products.
• Prepare samples and testing to support Quality Control, Production and R&D.
• Support analytical method development and continuous improvement.
• Ensure testing aligns with GMP/ISO standards and client requirements.
• Maintain audit-ready laboratory records and accurate documentation.
