About the role

As an Analyst in the team, you will tackle exciting problems such as analyzing product pricing to minimize waste, forecasting supply needs for events, or presenting innovations in analytics. You will work with data-driven insights, collaborate with colleagues and suppliers, and contribute to business improvements that benefit customers, colleagues, and producers.

You will be responsible for

1. Developing a deep understanding of the retail industry, supply chain, and store operations.
2. Transforming data into insights, identifying root causes, and implementing solutions.
3. Reporting data accurately and providing contextual information and narratives.
4. Communicating opportunities, insights, and projects effectively to engage stakeholders.
5. Managing projects by building engagement, influencing partners, and delivering change.
6. Assessing costs and benefits, and advising on project continuation or suspension.
7. Maintaining and developing insight reports to monitor business performance and identify improvement areas.

You will need
