The Financial Institutions Group - Analyst Role in London

The Financial Institutions Group is actively seeking an Analyst to cover all FIG sectors in our London office.

As an Analyst on the FIG team, you will take on significant responsibilities related to pitching, as well as executing advisory and capital markets transactions for a diverse group of private and public clients within the FIG vertical.

Your responsibilities will include:

1. Assisting and leading the execution of M&A and advisory transactions, along with equity and debt financings.
2. Preparing and delivering client presentations.
3. Analyzing business plans and valuing companies using various methodologies.
4. Drafting offering memoranda, confidential information memoranda, management presentations, lender presentations, and prospectuses.
5. Participating in due diligence and drafting sessions.
6. Preparing and managing the delivery of internal deal memos.

This role involves direct interaction with clients (e.g., CEOs, CFOs), where Associates are expected to attend and participate in client meetings and contribute to building and maintaining client relationships. You will work on multiple projects simultaneously with teams of professionals within the group and across the firm, including Managing Directors, Vice Presidents, and other Analysts, collaborating to develop and execute client solutions.

Qualifications

• + years of investment banking experience as a FIG Analyst, consulting, or relevant Financial Institutions industry experience.
• Strong technical, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple transactions and projects concurrently.
• Resourceful self-starter, capable of working autonomously and as part of a team.
