? What You’ll Be Doing:

️ Build financial models and perform valuations

️ Prepare marketing materials (IMs, presentations, etc.)

️ Contribute to live deals, Q&A processes, and bid coordination

️ Support buy-side/sell-side mandates and strategic reviews

? What We’re Looking For:

? 2+ years’ M&A experience at an investment bank or elite boutique OR

? ACA-qualified (first-time passes) from a Big 4 firm with 1+ year PQE in Transaction Services or Valuations

? Minimum 2:1 degree from a top-tier Red Brick university

? Excellent communication, analytical and problem-solving skills

? High attention to detail and professionalism
