Fierra Partners, a boutique executive search firm, is seeking an exceptional Analyst to work with the Managing Partner and consultants on live assignments for international clients. You will learn how top-level search at the highest level actually works—by doing it.

You will begin with rigorous research, map markets, identify leaders, and build analyses that shape searches. Attention to detail is imperative as clients are boards and CEOs.

Qualifications

• Recent graduate with a strong academic record and a drive to build a career in executive search.
• 1–2 years in professional services or related industries is a plus.
• Fluent English with excellent written and verbal communication is essential.
• Meticulous attention to detail and reliability in deliverables.
• Strong PowerPoint, Word and Excel skills for client documentation.

Fierra is a boutique executive search and leadership advisory firm. We advise Boards and CEOs of the major international consumer businesses on their most senior leadership appointments: Board assessment and succession, CEO and CFO appointments, and the assessment of C-suite leaders across general management and functional specialist roles. We operate at the most prominent level of global commerce, helping determine who leads some of the world’s most influential companies.

Headquartered in London with a growing presence in Lisbon, we are looking for an exceptional Analyst to work with the Managing Partner and consultants on the thinking behind how Fierra presents itself to the market.

About executive search

Executive search is the discipline of identifying, assessing and securing leaders for the most senior roles in an organisation. When a Board needs a new CEO, or a CEO needs a new CFO, they retain a firm like Fierra to map the market, find and rigorously evaluate the strongest candidates - most of whom are not looking for a move - and advise on one of the most consequential decisions a business makes. It is confidential, intellectually demanding and relationship-driven work at the very top of business.

The role

This is the entry point into executive search at the highest level. You will work directly alongside Fierra’s Partners on live assignments for international clients, and you will learn how search at the top of business actually works - not from the sidelines, but by doing it.

You will begin with rigorous research: mapping markets, identifying the leaders who matter in a sector, and building the analysis that shapes a search. As you develop, you will move on to speaking directly with senior C-suite executives - understanding their careers, their motivations and what makes them exceptional - and to helping produce the client documentation that sits at the heart of every assignment. Attention to detail is imperative: our clients are the Boards and CEOs of major businesses, and everything we put in front of them must be excellent.

The breadth of exposure is unusual. You will learn how global businesses think about leadership, governance and succession - directly from the executives running them.

Who we’re looking for

• A recent graduate, with a strong academic record, and ideally 1-2 years working in professional services or related industries
• Very smart, very bright and hugely ambitious - someone who wants to build a career at the highest levels and is prepared to work for it
• Genuinely interested in people: what drives them, how they lead and what makes great leaders. Psychology, sociology, behavioural science or related fields would be a plus
• Curious and interesting, with something about you - we hire for potential and for a real commitment to excellence
• Meticulous attention to detail, and a strong command of PowerPoint, Word and Excel
• Excellent written and verbal communication, including the confidence to hold a conversation with a senior executive
• A resourceful and creative researcher who enjoys the hunt for information
• Highly fluent in English; any additional languages welcome
• Confident with technology, deeply interested in AI, and excited to help develop new applications of it within the firm
