As an Analyst, you will be assigned to the Asset Liability Management (ALM) team. Our investment consulting advice is based on rigorous research, primarily delivered by ALM, making it our main delivery engine. This is a highly quantitative role. Practical on-the-job learning is complemented with opportunities for knowledge sharing sessions and industry seminars, along with support to complete professional qualifications such as the CFA or FIA.

Proven ability is rewarded here, with rapid career and salary progression. Ideally, you will be able to join us as a permanent employee from September 1st, 2025, as part of our graduate cohort.

Responsibilities:
  1. Model asset classes such as equities, credit, bonds, derivatives, hedge funds, and other alternatives using in-house tools, alongside modelling clients' liabilities.
  2. Design and implement capital market and Liability Driven Investment (LDI) solutions to reduce risk or increase expected return.
  3. Assess risks in pension funds, endowments, insurance portfolios, charities, DC schemes, and other investment portfolios.
  4. Monitor markets and stay informed of key developments.
  5. Liaise with investment consultants to understand client needs.

Our process:
  1. Complete a Video Interview assessing mathematical and statistical knowledge relevant to the ALM role at Redington.
  2. Attend a virtual 45-minute Technical interview with ALM team members.
  3. Participate in a virtual 45-minute Competency interview with two ALM team members.
