Job summary

Consilio LLC in London seeks a technically focused Analyst to support delivery of eDiscovery matters under guidance of Consultants. You will assist with data processing, reporting, documentation, and platform configuration.

This hybrid role offers exposure to AI/ML tools such as TAR and CAL, and opportunities to engage with cross-functional teams, clients, and ongoing training. Strong attention to detail and proactive learning mindset are essential for maintaining momentum across the EDRM

Qualifications

• BA/BSc degree (2:1 or higher) or minimum 3 years in the litigation support/legal industry.
• Proactive problem-solving and ability to anticipate client needs.
• Ability to confront unexpected problems quickly and effectively.
• Strong teamwork, communication, client management, and interpersonal skills.
• Desire for knowledge growth and professional development.
• Attention to detail with high quality and accuracy; training on Relativity and Nuix is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Support Consultants and Senior Consultants in the delivery of eDiscovery matters, assisting with task execution, documentation, and client communications.
• Assist with data ingestion and processing workflows, ensuring accurate handling of structured and unstructured data across various platforms and formats.
• Support the configuration and testing of AI/ML tools, such as TAR, CAL, and predictive coding, under guidance of senior team members.
• Help prepare client-facing documentation, including data summaries, workflow diagrams, and platform guides.
• Participate in platform setup and user management, including workspace creation, permission settings, and review panel configuration.
• Assist in troubleshooting technical issues, escalating appropriately and documenting resolutions.
• Contribute to internal knowledge bases and training materials, helping capture lessons learned and best practices.
• Engage in regular training, building proficiency in Relativity, Nuix and Reveal.
• Monitor task progress and update project trackers, ensuring visibility for Consultants and Senior Consultants.
• Coordinate with internal teams to implement workflows for data collection, processing, review, analytics, and production/export deliverables.
• Contribute to quality assurance, flagging inconsistencies or risks for escalation.
• Support communications, including meeting notes and project updates.
• Build relationships with internal teams and clients, demonstrating professionalism and willingness to learn.
• Engage with emerging technologies, including AI/ML tools used in document review and analytics.

The Analyst role is a technically focused, hands‑on position supporting the successful delivery of eDiscovery matters under the guidance of Consultants and Senior Consultants. Analysts contribute to a wide range of project tasks, including data processing, reporting, documentation, and platform configuration, while gaining exposure to client‑facing work and cross‑functional collaboration.

This dynamic role offers a strong foundation in modern eDiscovery practices, with opportunities to engage with emerging technologies such as AI and machine learning. This is a hybrid role, based in our London office.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Engage in regular training, building proficiency in industry‑standard tools such as Relativity, Nuix and Reveal.
• Monitor task progress and update project trackers, ensuring visibility for Consultants and Senior Consultants and helping maintain project momentum.
• Coordinate with internal teams to help implement workflows related to data collection, processing, review, analytics, and production/export deliverables, gaining hands‑on experience and technical fluency.
• Contribute to quality assurance efforts, helping monitor adherence to established standards and flagging inconsistencies or risks for escalation.
• Support internal and external communications, including maintaining meeting notes, project documentation, and updates to ensure visibility and continuity.
• Build strong working relationships with internal teams and clients, demonstrating professionalism, responsiveness, and a willingness to learn.
• Engage with emerging technologies, including AI and machine learning tools used in document review and analytics, and actively seek opportunities for training and knowledge development.
