Qualifications

• Highly skilled in Electronics and Hardware Engineering.
• Good understanding of Engineering Design lifecycles and system interactions.
• Knowledge of engineering techniques for electro‑mechanical products.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
• Demonstrated autonomy and structured problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Create and agree a development plan with the team leader and follow it.
• Carry out design activities in a team environment with other engineers.
• Collaborate with production and procurement for cost‑effective designs.
• Support preparation of detailed estimates and bids.
• Develop analogue, digital and RF design capabilities within MMS.
• Assist in mentoring less experienced engineers and promoting best practices.
