Northampton General Hospital NHS Trust is seeking qualified or newly qualified Anaesthetics Nurses and ODPs to join their theatre teams. This role involves supporting theatre services in maintaining high standards of patient care and safety. We currently have exciting opportunities for Anaesthetics Nurses and ODP (Operating Department Practitioner) across two of our theatre complexes - Main Theatres and Obstetrics & Gynaecology Theatres.
Our hospitals feature 18 theatres, covering a wide variety of procedures including General Surgery, Robotic Surgery, Orthopaedic Surgery, Gynaecological Surgery, Obstetrics, Ophthalmology, and day surgery procedures.

The post holder will work as a member of the theatres team at Northampton General Hospital, supporting the organisation and delivery of theatre services across Main Theatres and Obstetrics & Gynaecology Theatres. They will participate in delivering high standards of patient care and safety, demonstrating enthusiasm to help create a safe patient environment and an effective learning environment.
