We are seeking passionate, motivated Band 5 Anaesthetic Practitioners to join our expanding theatre teams at the Royal Surrey County Hospital, to include working in our brand-new, state-of-the-art operating theatres known as the Cancer and Surgical Innovation Centre (CASIC).

This is a unique opportunity to work at the forefront of surgical innovation while also gaining a wide range of experience across our established main theatres, day surgery unit, and other clinical areas requiring anaesthetic support. We are looking for flexible practitioners who thrive in a varied and dynamic working environment.

Main duties of the job

Work across CASIC theatres, main theatres, day surgery and other areas requiring anaesthetic support
Work alongside world-leading surgeons and multidisciplinary teams
Be part of a centre driving research, education, and training
Gain exposure to cutting-edge and robotic surgical techniques
Contribute to the expansion of robotic surgery, building on Royal Surrey's reputation as a national and international leader
Your Role

As a Band 5 Anaesthetic Practitioner, you will:

Deliver high-quality, safe anaesthetic care across a range of clinical environments
Support patients through the most critical moments of their surgical journey
Work flexibly across different departments including theatres and day surgery
Collaborate within dynamic, multidisciplinary teams
