Job summary

Biogen (UK) Ltd is recruiting a Plant Maintenance Technician to ensure daily site operations on the anaerobic digestion plant are carried out safely and efficiently. The role involves mechanical or electrical maintenance, data collection and reporting, and supporting the Site Manager to improve safety, health and environmental standards.

You will work a 42-hour week on a shift pattern of 7 days out of 14, with overtime paid for additional hours.

Qualifications

• Experienced with mechanical or electrical engineering skills.
• Safety conscious and quality-focused.
• Ideally a relevant qualification.

Responsibilities

• Carry out maintenance (planned and breakdowns) on the AD plant.
• Support the Site Manager to improve safety, health and environmental standards.
• Collect data, analyse and report on operations.
• Assist with housekeeping and cleaning.
