Job summary

Robert Hurst Limited currently seeks two experienced Project Managers to lead major works in North Wales. You will own projects from planning and mobilisation to completion within an AMP Framework, coordinating internal teams, subcontractors and stakeholders.

You will drive delivery, manage programmes and budgets, and report progress while ensuring safety and quality standards. A strong client-facing presence and ability to balance priorities in a dynamic environment are essential.

Qualifications

• AMP Framework experience is essential.
• Experience as a Project Manager on infrastructure, utilities or water projects.
• Strong delivery, programme management and commercial control.
• Experience managing subcontractors and multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects from initial planning through to successful completion and handover.
• Take overall responsibility for project delivery, ensuring programmes, budgets, quality and safety requirements are achieved.
• Develop and manage project programmes, monitoring progress and addressing delays or issues.
• Coordinate internal teams, subcontractors, consultants and other project stakeholders.
• Manage project budgets, costs, forecasts and commercial performance.
• Lead regular project meetings and provide clear progress reporting.
• Identify and manage project risks, opportunities and potential changes.
• Ensure works are delivered in accordance with contractual, technical, quality and health & safety requirements.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and other key stakeholders.
• Manage subcontractor performance and ensure works are delivered to the required standards.
• Support the resolution of technical, commercial and operational issues.
• Ensure appropriate project documentation, records and reporting are maintained.
• Drive projects through to completion, commissioning, handover and close-out.
