Job summary

Robert Hurst Group Ltd is recruiting two experienced Project Managers for a major programme of works in North Wales. You will lead projects within the AMP Framework, from planning and mobilisation through to handover, taking ownership of budgets, resources and delivery.

The role requires AMP Framework experience, client-facing delivery across infrastructure and utilities, and the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and subcontractors.

Qualifications

• AMP Framework experience is essential.
• Proven track record delivering infrastructure, utilities or water projects.
• Solid understanding of project delivery, programme management and commercial control.
• Experience managing subcontractors, consultants and multiple stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
• Full UK driving licence and ability to travel to North Wales sites.
• Comfortable working in a client-facing environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects from planning through to completion and handover.
• Take overall responsibility for delivery, budgets, quality and safety.
• Develop and manage programmes, track progress and address delays.
• Coordinate internal teams, subcontractors and consultants.
• Manage budgets, costs, forecasts and commercial performance.
• Lead regular project meetings and provide progress reports.
• Identify risks, opportunities and changes.
• Ensure works meet contractual, technical and safety standards.
• Maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Oversee subcontractor performance and delivery standards.
• Resolve technical, commercial and operational issues.
• Maintain project documentation, records and reporting.
• Drive projects through to completion, commissioning and close-out.
