Qualifications

• Strong online research skills to obtain AML/KYC, regulatory, governance and Modern Slavery documents from official sources.
• High attention to detail to verify documentation before records are updated.
• Effective written and verbal communication to document findings and communicate issues.
• Strong organizational and time management to handle multiple assignments and deadlines.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word and Outlook to maintain trackers and records.
• Ability to follow procedures and apply feedback to ensure high quality outcomes.
• Interest in AI concepts and its responsible use to improve processes.

Responsibilities

• Support collection, validation and maintenance of AML/KYC, regulatory and Modern Slavery documentation.
• Research using official registries, company websites and regulatory sources to find documentation.
• Review and verify authenticity, currency and completeness of documents.
• Maintain accurate, organized records in internal systems with complete source information.
• Use approved research tools and AI technologies to assist discovery and data quality.
• Identify opportunities to improve research methods and standards.
• Collaborate with team members and progressively take on more independent responsibilities.
