Job summary

Leapfrog Limited is seeking a Compliance professional to join a collaborative team that maintains regulatory standards and supports the wider business. You will work across compliance monitoring, AML/CFT, governance and regulatory reporting while helping colleagues understand their obligations.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance and risk management principles.
• Working towards ICA/IRM or equivalent qualification.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong organisation, analytical ability and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Provide regulatory compliance advice across the business.
• Support compliance monitoring and oversight activities.
• Assist with AML/CFT and financial crime prevention requirements.
• Monitor regulatory developments and assess impact on the organisation.
• Build and maintain relationships with regulators and stakeholders.
• Support risk management and governance activities.
• Prepare compliance reports for senior management and Boards.
• Promote a positive compliance culture across the organisation.
• Support development and improvement of compliance processes and controls.
• Collaborate to ensure regulatory requirements are understood and followed.
