Leapfrog Recruitment Consultants is seeking an Assistant Compliance Manager & Nominated Officer to provide practical compliance guidance across client-facing and operations teams, with broad exposure to regulatory assurance and financial crime.

You will help deliver and enhance the Compliance Monitoring Programme, undertake risk-based testing, review client files (CDD/EDD) and advise on high-risk relationships, sanctions and jurisdictional risks, while supporting regulatory inspections and

Formación

• Minimum 5 years' compliance experience in funds, corporate, private wealth or similar regulated financial services.
• Strong knowledge of Guernsey regulatory requirements and AML/CFT/CPF obligations.
• ICA Diploma preferred or actively working towards.
• Excellent communication, analytical and report-writing skills.
• Ability to work independently with strong prioritisation and time management.

Responsabilidades

• Provide practical compliance advice to client-facing and operational teams.
• Support the delivery and enhancement of the Compliance Monitoring Programme.
• Undertake risk-based testing, thematic reviews and remediation tracking.
• Review client files, CDD, EDD, trigger events and periodic reviews.
• Advise on higher-risk relationships, source of wealth/funds, PEPs and jurisdictional risks.
• Review sanctions, PEP and adverse media screening alerts.
• Support regulatory inspections, audits and assurance reviews.
• Assist with regulatory filings, notifications and information requests.
• Monitor regulatory developments and support policy and procedural updates.
• Prepare compliance management information and Board/committee reporting.
• Support training and promote a strong compliance culture.
