London Ambulance is recruiting a Driving Tutor to be based at Brentside Executive Park, Brentford, and at Dockside Education centres. The role involves delivering approved driver training across clinical and support staff in various settings, including classrooms, virtual spaces, and operational environments.

You will mentor learners, promote best practice, and ensure compliance with standards while developing leadership capabilities.

Competenze

• Level 4 Diploma Emergency Response Ambulance Driving Instructor required.
• Level 3 Certificate in Emergency Response Ambulance Driving required.
• Level 4 Education & Training (QCF) or equivalent.
• Level 3 CAVA or equivalent.
• Full UK C1 licence with ≤3 penalty points.
• DVSA Approved Driving Instructor registration must be current.

Mansioni

• Deliver approved driver training within Clinical Education & Standards department.
• Train staff in classrooms, virtual classrooms, and in operational environments.
• Provide driving instruction on operational vehicles and support partner education programmes.

Formazione

Level 4 Diploma Emergency Response Ambulance Driving Instructor

Level 3 Certificate in Emergency Response Ambulance Driving

Level 4 Certificate in Education & Training (QCF) or equivalent

Level 3 Certificate in Assessing Vocational Achievement (CAVA) or equivalent

Full, C1 driving licence, valid in the UK and no more than 3 penalty points

Current DVSA Approved Driving Instructor (ADI) registration
