Job summary

LSA Secure Medical Services is seeking an Ambulance Care Assistant - PTS to join our non-emergency patient transport team. You will safely transport patients to and from appointments, assist with boarding and disembarking, and provide compassionate care throughout the journey.

We offer full training, a supportive team environment, and opportunities to work across shifts. A full UK driving licence with up to 6 points and strong communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

  • Must hold a Full UK driving licence with no more than 6 points.
  • Compassionate and caring attitude toward patients.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Able to follow safety protocols and guidelines.
  • Flexible to work weekdays, weekends, and nights.
  • Healthcare experience is a plus but training will be provided.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines for the secure transportation of patients.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the ambulance vehicle.
