In this full‑time role you will market properties, arrange viewings, negotiate offers and establish tenancy agreements, while earning £28,000 OTE per year plus uncapped commission.

Qualifications

• Ambition, drive, and willingness to learn.
• Must have access to your own vehicle and a valid UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Market properties to potential tenants.
• Arrange and conduct property viewings.
• Negotiate offers.
• Agree new tenancies.
• Generating new leads through canvassing, door knocking, and leaflet dropping.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with Landlords and Tenants.
• Continue your training and development, with close support from your mentor.
