Leonardo Hotels in the UK is seeking a proactive Sous Chef to support the Head Chef in delivering exceptional guest experiences across our kitchen. You will lead, train and motivate the team, ensure high standards of food quality, safety and speed of service, and collaborate with other departments to create memorable dining moments.

Qualifications

• Experience in kitchen leadership and team supervision.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
