Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role.
  • Good knowledge of JCT / NEC / PWC construction contracts.

Responsibilities

  • Negotiate and appoint sub-contractors to schemes.
  • Manage sub-contractor packages from appointment through to final account.
  • Submit valuations and variations on schemes.
  • Build relationships with Contracts Managers and Site teams.
  • Visit sites to assess quality and manage costs.
  • Comply with all company systems and procedures.

Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Excel
Full valid driving licence

Education

Third level degree qualification in Quantity Surveying
