Job summary

GCB AGENCY RECRUITMENT is recruiting for a Junior Sales Negotiator at an award-winning independent estate agency in Royal Tunbridge Wells. The role offers a £24,000 basic salary with £30,000 OTE and excellent progression opportunities.

You will register buyers, match applicants to properties, conduct viewings, and proactively pursue new instructions while building strong client relationships and developing knowledge of the local market.

Qualifications

• Previous estate agency experience.
• Knowledge of the local property market.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Positive, proactive and can-do attitude.
• Confident and professional when dealing with buyers and sellers.
• Ambitious and motivated to develop a career within property sales.

Responsibilities

• Register and qualify prospective buyers.
• Match applicants to suitable properties and arrange viewings.
• Conduct accompanied property viewings.
• Proactively contact applicants regarding new property instructions.
• Generate new valuation opportunities for the branch.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, sellers and prospective clients.
• Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
• Develop strong knowledge of the local property market.
• Contribute to the overall growth and success of the branch.
