You will deliver exceptional service, handle valuations, viewings, negotiations and progressions, with uncapped commission and strong career progression within a leading property services group.

The role offers a £25k basic salary with uncapped commission, industry-leading training, and a proven career ladder across Sales,

Qualifications

• Experience in a sales-driven environment.
• Ability to generate new business and meet targets.
• Deliver outstanding customer care and service.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Be organised, numerate and detail-oriented.
• Proficient with MS Office and email/internet tools.
• Hold a full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Generate and book property valuations.
• Conduct property viewings with buyers.
• Negotiate offers and secure sales.
• Progress sales from valuation to exchange/completion.
• Schedule appointments for the Mortgage Advisor.
