Qualifications

• Newly Qualified status or above with experience in employment law.
• Experience of handling both contentious and non-contentious matters.
• Strong technical knowledge with commercial awareness.
• Excellent communication and client care skills.
• Proactive approach with ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Advise on a broad range of contentious and non-contentious employment matters.
• Draft and advise on employment contracts, policies and procedures.
• Support clients with disciplinary and grievance matters.
• Advise on redundancy and TUPE issues.
• Assist with Employment Tribunal claims and related matters.
• Collaborate with colleagues to provide seamless service.
• Build strong client relationships through high-quality advice.
