Origin Legal in Canterbury, Kent, is seeking an Employment Solicitor with 3+ PQE to join its Chambers & Legal 500-ranked team. Hybrid working is offered, with clear progression to Associate for the right candidate and the chance to work on high‑quality employment matters.

You will advise employers and employees across contentious and non-contentious matters, manage your own caseload, and have opportunities to mentor juniors while developing client relationships and contributing to growth.

Qualifications

• 3+ PQE in Employment Law.
• Experience handling both contentious and non-contentious matters.
