Alford & Bishop in Brighton is seeking a Contentious Private Client Lawyer to join our established team. The role focuses on contentious probate and TOLATA initially, with opportunities to develop a broader litigation caseload and a path to a specialism under the Head of Contentious Probate and Estates.

The successful candidate will have at least 2 years of solid litigation experience in contentious probate; experience in property litigation, contract or negligence is also valued.

Qualifikationen

• 2 years solid litigation experience in contentious probate; TOLATA experience would be advantageous.
• Experience in areas such as property litigation, contract or negligence will also be considered.
• Excellent technical, communication and organisational skills with a strong client-focused approach.

Aufgaben

• Work closely with the Head of Contentious Probate and Estates, handling a varied caseload and developing a personal area of specialism.
• Initially focus on contentious probate and TOLATA matters, with the opportunity to develop a caseload in additional areas of litigation.
• Manage matters from inception through to resolution with a proactive, client-focused approach.
