Job summary

JAM Recruitment Ltd is working with an established Northamptonshire firm to appoint a Commercial Property Solicitor with 5+ PQE. You will manage a broad caseload of commercial property transactions and related matters, including leases, development, and the sale and purchase of commercial premises.

This full-time role offers a clear progression toward partnership, on-site parking, and a salary up to circa £70k DOE, with a supportive environment and opportunities to grow the firm's commercial

Qualifications

• At least 5 years' PQE in commercial property law.
• Experience handling leases, development, and sale/purchase of commercial premises.
• Ability to manage files independently and liaise directly with clients.

Responsibilities

• Handle a broad caseload of commercial property transactions and related matters.
• Advise on leases, development projects, and sale/purchase of properties.
• Develop and grow the existing client base and contribute to firm growth.
