City of Doncaster Council is recruiting an Ambition Coach to support adults with learning disabilities and neurodiversity into paid employment, using the 5-stage SEQF framework. The role involves building trust with candidates, families and employers, and delivering tailored coaching with strong record-keeping.
You will work in a hybrid pattern with travel across Doncaster to meet people in community and workplace settings, contributing to inclusive employment outcomes and local services.
Based at: Civic Office, Doncaster
Salary details: Grade 8 34,434 - 38,221 (pay award pending)
Contract Type: Fixed Term until 30/11/2028 (with potential extension for a further 2 years)
Hours: 37 hours per week, Full Time
Flexible working arrangements: flexible working requests considered.
